Our pricing plans are structured to help eliminate the unnecessary additional fees. We know how costly each claim can be, and we want to assist you in the most cost efficient ways. We have one flat rate for each service, and the only additional cost added will be for specialty carriers, umbrella (if requested), or expedited options.

Personal auto

Specialty Carrier Fees:

Personal -
Southern AAA, Texas AAA, and Wawanesa - $100
Bristol West, Foremost, Farmers, and Mercury - $30

Commercial - 
Southern AAA, Texas AAA and Wawanesa - $30
Gallagher Bassett, Sedgwick, Broadspire, New York Marine, American risk services Old Republic, and Zurich, Ace American - $100

Wrong Result:

Please send documentation to admin@pinpointclaimsnow.com showing the discrepancy in our results in order to receive the 100% refund. 

Cancellation:

A cancellation fee of $50 is only applied if you want to cancel after 6:00PM PST the day of submission. 

No hit / Confirmed no coverage:

If we verify that the policy provided was not valid during the time of the accident, or is not covering the claim, that is considered a confirmed no coverage hit, and payment will be invoiced.

A no hit would mean that we were unable to verify the policy provided. We only charge a no hit fee of $150.00  for Carrier Discovery, which also includes a summary of findings.
